For more information about Celanese Corporation and its product offerings, visit www.celanese.com.Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and execute the technical aspects of continuous audit programs as identified in the annual audit plan.Assess existing continuous audit risks to identify areas for improvement, including working together with a team of data analysts and/or auditors to implement new tests (using SQL, R, Python, Alteryx).Resolve complex scripts or technical design issues related to existing data analytics tools, ensuring all models produce value-added output.Oversee and designs the extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis of data that support the internal audit lifecycle.Provide training and support to auditors through coaching and feedback around analytical procedures to be executed during operational audits.Identify opportunities and lead efforts to automate aspects of IA activities, spanning both internal audit and SOX efforts.Build automated or semi-automated tools to support repetitive internal audit work.Collaborate with audit leadership team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Drives the creation of internal reporting and the visualization of key department dashboards.Stay up-to-date on data analytics trends (e.g., new tools, statistical methods, visualization techniques), relevant business risks across the Company, as well as emerging industry technologies that impact how and where data and automation can be used on audits.Support with the help of IT migration of current Microsoft SQL Server to Snowflake.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis (data gathering, transformation, modeling, analytics, and reporting) using Alteryx, SQL, Python, R or similar programs.Minimum 3 years of experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.Good understanding of SAP ERP S4 and table design a plus.Extensive experience in writing SQL queries.Must be able to manage multiple priorities, effective team interactions, negotiating issues, and resolving problems.Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable knowledge/skillsMaster's degree in Data Science or Management Information Systems (MIS)Experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Risk Management, Forensic Investigation.Experience in Snowflake.Experience developing and delivering continuous audit/monitoring programs.At least 3 years in supervisory or management role.Industry Data Analytics certification(s) such as Associate Certified Analytics Professional (aCAP), CompTIA Data+, Power BI Data Analyst Associate.Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and process mining tools like Celonis.Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of management.Experience with SQL Database Management System.Experience with robotic process automation.
