Grande Cheese Company is seeking a culture centric human resources professional for our available role of Human Resources Specialist.In this role you will provide Human Resources administrative support for multiple production facilities including Rubicon, WI, Juda, WI and Wyocena, WI. You will assist with the face-to-face contact for human resources guidance, direction, and training for all Associates (employees).

The Human Resources Specialist will create and maintain a positive working relationship with Human Resources, Managers and Associates. Top candidates will be compassionate and focused on making an impact on the overall Associate experience and lifecycle.They will be excited about continuous improvement initiatives and ready to identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiencies in core Human Resources processes.

What you need to be considered for the role:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a closely related field preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required.Good knowledge of HR practices and strategies, employment law, and selection processes.Intermediate level of operations in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and HRMS.
