We’re seeking a highly dynamic, collaborative, engaging, and strategic TA leader to join our team, so you too, can write compelling job summaries such as this, to recruit the next “Grande Rockstar.”What you need to be considered for the role:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field required.Five (5) or more years of professional experience in corporate and/or RPO recruitment.Expert ability to navigate social media platforms.Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills including listening, written and public presentation skills.Collaborative approach to building relationships.Knowledge of HR practices and strategies, employment law, recruitment programs and selection processes, manufacturing operations and focus on metrics.Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Qualifications
