The practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate, business transactions, estate planning, and community association law.As a Paralegal, you will support 6 attorneys and work closely with another paralegal and legal assistant. You will handle a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on litigation, while also assisting with real estate matters. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting, editing, and proof-reading legal documents.Prepare and file documents with State and Federal courts via e-filing.Conduct legal research using LexisNexis.Support real estate transactions, including commercial and residential.Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely and efficient workflow.Maintain client confidentiality and manage office scheduling and communications.Required Qualifications
