Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager

This opportunity is for an organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, at least two years of experience within a client relations or related position, the proven ability to maintain business, and a loyalty to provide value-added services that protect individuals and build strong client relationships. Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing company issued new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsement forms, and coverageAssisting clients with loss claims and following up as needed based on workflowMaking pre-renewal calls to clients, and providing client education as neededObtaining information requested by the insurance carrier underwriterPreparing Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and BindersServicing personal lines accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing E&O exposuresSorting mail, taking messages, greeting clients, manage records, filing, copying, scanning, ordering supplies, overseeing supply inventory.Process incoming and outgoing mail - manual and electronic versions, including UPS & FedEx. Call in postage meterProcess accounting mail and incoming bills for UPS and FedEx accountsPerform other administrative duties as deemed necessary (e.g. back-up other employees when out of the office).Qualifications:
Associates degree desired and/or equivalent work experience2+ years experience in providing administrative/office supportStrong business acumen with a thorough and detailed approachPossess an extreme attention to detail, independent judgement along with keen decision-making skillsPunctual and dependable
