This opportunity is for a motivated individual with at least two years of experience within a client relations or related position, the proven ability to maintain business, and a loyalty to provide value-added services that protect individuals and build strong client relationships. Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of customer support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing personal customer accounts.Effectively use the customer management system to provide effective communication and service.Create quotes for clients, using appropriate vendors for the need.Process telephone requests and written miscellaneous correspondence (ex: Client calls, Bank requests), cancellations requests, claims and follow up as neededHandle Pre-renewal calls (EXDT) to clients and review company issued Renewal policies for accuracyCollaborate with Sales Advisors to complete follow-up forms (ex: EFT forms, billing corrections, etc.)Send timely communication to inform advisors of any relevant/necessary information about their clients, such as large losses, changes in households, or cancellations)Prepare Auto ID Cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and BindersObtain information requested by the company underwriterRemarket accounts as needed for renewals and book conversionsReview policies for accuracy in rating, endorsement forms, discounts and coveragesRound-up accounts for additional lines of coverage or policy limits (umbrellas/higher limits/specific coverage endorsements)Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers and company personnelCollaborate with accounting to invoice all premium bearing Agency bill transactionsEliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing E&O exposuresGrow and develop talents and insurance knowledge in conjunction with The Ansay Way to the highest level possibleContinue professional development (i.e., keep current with industry changes, continuous training, pursue professional designations, etc.)Keep up to date on insurance forms and coverage changesQualifications and Requirements:
Two years of Customer Service experienceBest in Class Customer Experience mindsetWilling to obtain Property & Casualty license no more than three months after date of hireImpeccable, professional listening and communication skillsDetailed oriented - Ability to learn all standard workflows and follow specific stepsAbility to learn all technology platforms including EPIC, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Docs., Last PassWorking 2 days out of our Oshkosh office and 3 days in Appleton
