As a Human Resource Director, you will play a pivotal role in building the HR team and use your experience and skills to assist in keeping the company up to date in human resource practices.
ResponsibilitiesFocus on long-term organizational objectives, workforce planning, and aligning HR with the company's strategic directionCollaborate with department heads to support organizational goals, handle complex HR concerns, and perform investigationsDevelop, recommend, evaluate, and implement human resources policies and proceduresCoordinate employee orientation programs and continual policy training, and ensure effective onboarding processesEffectively navigate and utilize HR systems for data managementAnalyze HR data to drive recommendations for improved company performanceEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations in various statesApply an understanding of the unique needs and intricacies of our business lines to HR strategies and decision-makingAssist with the interactive process under the ADA as neededAssist with recruiting and interviewing for leadership and resource positionsSkills
Capably and flexibly support rapid company growth and acquisitionsMake strategic decisions independentlyStrong employee relations experience and knowledgeResolve issues and conflicts successfully using Human Resources knowledge and experienceThoroughly investigate alleged violations of company policyQualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred5+ years of progressive HR experience requiredSHRM or PHR certification required
Additional Information
Compensation : $95,000- $120,000 DOE; may be bonus eligible
