HR Manager

to bring their expertise to our team. You will provide experienced HR leadership, consultative and coaching support to the senior leaders. You will lead the HR Business Partner team. This role will report directly to the Director, HR, for Texas Oncology. In this role youll ensure there is strategic alignment across the practice. This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can build strong relationships with senior leaders, provide strategic guidance, and drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex situations with professionalism and integrity, leveraging data to inform decision-making and championing organizational engagement and DEIB initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Mentorship : Guide and mentor the HRBP team, ensuring they deliver exceptional HR services and support to various business units.Strategic Partnership : Establish strong relationships, trust, and credibility with senior leaders in the region/function. Act as a trusted advisor, offering robust recommendations on leadership development, change management, performance, talent management, etc. Coach the HRBP team to align HR strategies with business objectives.Senior Leader Coaching : Navigate complex situations with professionalism, integrity, and trust. Employ a variety of coaching models to ensure leader success.Organizational Design : Provide guidance and leadership on best practices for organizational design and operating models to ensure effective and efficient implementation.Engagement : Champion Texas Oncologys culture pillars, enhancing engagement, satisfaction, wellbeing, inclusion, and belonging across the practice. Offer consultation on engagement strategies through leader-led coaching and support.Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data to lead change and influence leaders across various HR domains and business strategies. Analyze retention efforts, compensation, talent metrics, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to improve efficiencies and reduce risk.Collaborative Partnership : Partner with the HR Leadership Team and COEs to ensure consistency in the delivery of HR and business strategies.
