Based in LA/NYC, the Senior Manager of Human Resources provides visible and hands-on HR leadership for Entertainment Partners' bi-coastal Payroll Services Operations department, and assists in facilities management for offices in New York, Georgia, Louisiana and New Mexico.
The Sr. Manager HRBP will have responsibilities for all aspects of Human Resources management and office operations, including company culture, morale, employee engagement, recruiting and onboarding of employees, compensation administration, employee relations, performance management, consulting executives on HR matters and other HR ad hoc projects and initiatives.
The Sr. Manager HRBP will closely coordinate and collaborate with the HR department, Legal, and Facilities management team.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand the business strategy and develop HR strategies that align with EP's goals.Serve as a trusted advisor on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations to senior leadership.
HR Leadership & Execution:
Drive the implementation of HR programs such as performance management, succession planning, and employee development.Provide coaching and feedback to managers on leadership and employee management best practices.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
Lead workforce planning efforts in partnership with business leaders to ensure EP has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs.Identify key talent within EP and work with leadership to develop retention and development strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Lead complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Partner with leaders to build and sustain a positive organizational culture that drives employee engagement and performance.
Change Management:
Lead change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, new business processes, or cultural shifts.Support leaders in communicating changes and facilitating smooth transitions for employees.
HR Data & Analytics:
Leverage HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and program effectiveness.Stay current with local employment laws and regulations, in partnership with Legal, to ensure compliance
Additional related responsibilities as assignedQualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
Experience:
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role.Proven experience in supporting business transformations, talent management, and employee relations at a strategic level.Strong experience working in fast-paced or matrixed organizations, with a track record of implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives.Willingness to travel; 30% travel required.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a strategic mindset.Advanced knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with leaders at all levels.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.Proficiency in HR systems and technology platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Positive feedback from business unit leaders on HRBP support and impact.

The salary range for this position is
$120,000 - 160,000
and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
