What You'll Do:
The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for financial and operational reporting, along with preparing the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses. The ideal candidate focuses on uncovering meaningful insights, not just surface-level data, and demonstrates a continuous drive for learning and improvement. They will collaborate with senior leaders across the firm to address financial needs and support the annual planning process. This role will be integral to the financial health and future success of Coastal Ridge Real Estate.

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building's fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city's best restaurants and downtown amenities.
What You'll Own:Assist in the preparation and ongoing management of the company's annual budget and monthly reforecasts.Build and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making for key business initiatives and strategies.Develop and prepare regular financial reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support leadership in monitoring and improving company performance.Perform ad hoc financial analyses to address business opportunities and challenges as they arise, providing data-driven insights.Partner with various departments (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to gather inputs for financial planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial reports and systems, consistently improving financial processes.Conduct thorough variance analysis to explain deviations from budgeted and forecasted results, providing insights into performance drivers.Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles preferably in real estate or related industry.Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and data visualization using Excel, SQL, etc. required.Experience building executive-level dashboards or reporting tools required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Who You Are:
