Responsibilities:- Prepare client engagement letters- Organize and scan client organizers and tax documents- Participate in the Tax Caddy project team- Process client tax returns using a variety of software, including SafeSendReturns, Sharefile, Tax Caddy, and CCH Axcess.- Assist with answering incoming calls- Assist Receptionist with front desk duties (answer phones, distribute mail, set up FedEx shipments, set up courier deliveries, greet clients, etc.- Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Qualifications:- Five+ years of administrative experience with a high school education or 3+ years of job related experience with an Associate Degree- Experience with front line customer contact- Experience in a professional service work environment preferred- Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, knowledge of tax preparation software and Microsoft Teams is a plus- Requires clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, and accurate grammar usage- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing many projects simultaneously- Ability to work flexibly under pressure and time deadlines, with great attention to detail
