To Apply for this Job Click HereNew York City Office of Multi-Office Law Firm is looking for a Securities Litigation Paralegal to be an integral part of the team. Qualified and interested candidates must have 3 years of litigaiton experience, preferably securities litigation and preferably plaintiff side experience.Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Legal and factual research using a variety of systemsProofread and cite-check/fact-check briefs, complaints, and other documentsPrepare, finalize, and file legal documents and handle document productionsPrepare for depositions, hearings, trials and/or client meetingsAssist with and manage ad hoc projectsQualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (securities litigation experience is a plus, as is Class Action experience)Experience with e-filing or assisting in e-filing in federal district courtsSolid experience performing cite checking and BluebookingStrong research skills and proficiency in using various research tools including the Internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, BloombergLaw, and other court and news-related sourcesAbility to work opvertime when neededAll employees must be vaccinatedmedical, dental, and vision plans along with other benefits such as generous PTO, employee assistance programs, 401k, and moreIf qualified, interested and looking to learn more, please send an MS Word or PDF version of your resume to Jess Levinson at jlevinson@beaconhillstaffing.com
