What you'll do:
Innovation in investment stewardshipPartner with product team on building out new features related to shareholder engagementPartner with the sustainability research & data team to build out a model to use data and research to identify opportunities for proactive resolution opportunities and other corporate engagement initiativesClient partnerships
Work with our clients on engagement initiatives, especially our institutional partners and family office clientsIdentify prospective clients interested in more impactful engagement work & build community around the work, both within investment management and among other organizations with aligned missionsManage partnerships with proactive resolution generation partners through the resolution lifecycleShape the client experience around participating in and sponsoring resolutionsStorytelling & Content
Lead research on effectiveness of different types of engagements using Ethic's sustainability dataIdentify opportunities for storytelling around engagement and work with the studio team to amplify high impact proxy votes or engagements Ethic's clients are participating inRoadmap
Shape Ethic's vision for stewardship more broadly & integrate into our revenue models, growth strategy, and product roadmapDeeply understand the regulatory and legislative landscape around engagement in service of setting the direction of Ethic's stewardship functionWho you are:

5-10+ years of experience in shareholder engagement workExperience with building out an interdisciplinary teamStrong ability to work with data to generate insightsStrong knowledge of the regulatory landscape and emerging trends around asset management as it relates to corporate engagementAbout Ethic:

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation at Ethic is a combination of base salary, equity (stock options) in the company, and benefits.
The base salary for this role will range from $165,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
