$90,000-$95,000 per yearBook of Business:

Real Estate ClientsNote:

Must have minimum 6 years experience as an Account Manager supporting the real estate category.What you'll do as the Account Manager - Real Estate:

Support the Producer in developing new business opportunities for existing clients and prospectsInitiate renewal process for existing clients and discuss renewal strategy with ProducerAnalyze and compare current exposures and develop renewal or new business specifications for marketingConduct marketing, negotiate rates, and review quotes for competitiveness and accuracyReview and summarize marketing results and prepare proposalsFinalize proposals and presentations in coordination with the ProducersBind insurance coverage, prepare and review binders of insurance, and delegate certificate issuanceReview policies, identify deficiencies, and determine the appropriate level of coveragePrepare summaries and schedules of coverage for clientsPrepare and maintain bordereaux for accounting and midterm transactionsReview client accounting history, respond to accounting inquiries, correct discrepancies, and contact client on receivable collectionsProvide technical guidance to staff assisting with client needs or procedural issuesWhat you'll bring to the Account Manager - Real Estate role:

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 6+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry supporting the real estate category.Experience managing complex property, large market account with $1 million premiumsValid property and casualty insurance licenseMust continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewalEncouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work within a team and to foster teamworkExcellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skillsGood problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteTake the first step on your new career path!
