KlimAssociate Supply Chain Analyst Job DescriptionAs an Associate Supply Chain Analyst, you will be a strategic partner within the Production Team that will represent Klim as you foster meaningful business relationships with our factories. You will be the main point of contact for these factories and will work together will them to ensure the bulk production of products is completed on time.
What you'll do as an Associate Supply Chain Analyst:
Oversee the production timeline of multiple concurrent seasons and help factories adhere to timelineInput and report on weekly data provided by factories and effectively communicate details to different internal teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Development, Quality Assurance, and Warranty to review and follow up on construction/quality over both sample and inventoryWork with our Compliance team to ensure the materials and practices of factories meet our global and local compliance lawsInitiate conversations with factories and/or internal teams to solve problemsHandle direct communications with factories overseas representing the brand, calling after hours to streamline communications as neededWork closely with assigned factories to promote a healthy business relationshipWhat you'll bring to the Associate Supply Chain Analyst role:
1+ years of relevant professional experienceComfortable using MS Office programs such as Excel and ability to quickly learn and implement similar programsERP and PLM system experienceAbility to communicate ideas clearly and efficiently as well as take effective action itemsAbility to work on multiple concurrent seasons and stay on top of the associated deadlines and deliverablesAbility to accurately extract and report on information provided to you from factoriesAbility to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsTake the first step on your new career path!To submit yourself for consideration for this role, simply click the apply button and complete our mobile-friendly online application.
