We supply the worlds top car manufacturers with critical components that regulate humidity in their machines, driving performance and safety. We also produce leading moisture control products for other industries. We seek an experienced Global Controller who will be based in our Brookville, OH location. Reporting to the General Manager, the Global Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across three plants and directly managing finance and accounting in our Ohio plant. This senior leader will be a core member of the management team.Responsibilities:Proactively identify and analyze drivers of Revenue, EBITDA and Cash Flow performance. Develop and implement measures to improve performance. Intellectually lead management team down the path to hitting goals.Drive regular reporting that gives management team visibility to business performance and key actions that need to be taken to enhance performance. Examples include a daily revenue flash, 13 week cash flow, and automated line-level manufacturing productivity reports.Lead forecasting and budgeting process across all three facilities.Manage seven-figure capital expenditure budget. Drive analysis of potential projects. Track execution of approved projects.Present to senior leadership on financial performance, driving analysis of results globally.Actively develop site finance talent. Pending development of U.S. site finance talent, directly supervise day-to-day accounting and finance operations in the U.S., including but not limited to journal entries, A/R and A/P.Run a tight, efficient operation. Eliminate wasteful processes.Collaborate with corporate leadership on completion of tax returns, audits, and special projects.Other responsibilities as required.Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated experience driving results in operational improvementsExperience serving as the Finance Leader for a manufacturing business required multi site preferredBachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplineExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsExperience in SAP a plus10% travel
