Responsibilities: Work with IT group and their leadership teams to shape strategy, develop plans and execute performance improvement initiatives. Develop Lean capabilities of management and employees, to create sustainable models to drive daily problem solving and continuous improvement. Leverage imbedded function resources to leverage expertise Lead and coach leaders to integrate operations/functions end to end and drive KPI improvement Develop the capabilities of the continuous improvement team and lead the continuous improvement of Vertiv Operating standards, processes and methods. Have a shared responsibility for both process improvement as well as functional performance with assigned groups leadership. Plus: Six Sigma / Lean certifications, preferred Masters Degree, preferredMust Haves: Bachelors Degree or equivalent of 5 plus years experience Ability to coach, teach and lead leaders to develop continuous improvement strategies, influence decision making, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant operations and functions. 3+ Years of Experience of hands-on experience in the application of Lean/Six Sigma methods and way of thinking, experience leading IT transformation projects or IT applications support preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, project management and inter-personal skills Strong process improvement skills, including the use of process mapping, statistical modeling techniques, root cause analysis and other tools and methods typically deployed to drive operational improvements Strong experience in applying and coaching change management, behavior coaching and performance management methods. Ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization to drive accountably and execution of VOS mindset and activities Previous experience leading teams
