Responsibilities :
Will be designing, developing, and testing avionics systems for our satellites.Design and develop advanced avionics systems for satellites.Perform detailed analysis and testing of avionics components.Collaborate with research engineers to drive innovation and contribute to the company's intellectual property (IP) portfolio.Integrate avionics systems with other satellite subsystems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to avionics hardware and software.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Document design processes, test results, and system performance.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.Qualifications :
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field1+ years of experience in spacecraft systems avionics engineeringProficiency in hardware and software development for satellite avionics systemsExperience in handling, assembling, and testing space flight hardwareExperience developing and reviewing electrical block diagramsExperience in satellite harness design and specificationExperience designing and assembling PCBA'sExperience working with ESD protocolsExperience working in clean room environmentsFamiliarity with Digital Electronics (FPGA) / Embedded Systems.Familiarity with Hardware-in-the-loop testbeds and software simulationsFamiliarity with Spacecraft OperationsFamiliarity with RF systemsFamiliarity with satellite ground systems and launch operationsExcited to be in the lab working on electrical engineering (e.g. assembling, reading documentation, testing, designing interface boards, re-testing, re-assembling, etc.) flight hardware as an individual contributor.
