About the Role: We seek an experienced and dynamic Corporate Controller to lead our accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and effective management of resources. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and international operations and will have a proven track record of managing the financial operations of a publicly traded company. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and works closely with senior management to drive strategic financial initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Lead the preparation and filing of financial statements. Manage audits, internal controls, and SOX compliance efforts. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required. 5-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years in a senior accounting role within a publicly traded company. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with ERP systems and financial software. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Master's in Accounting or Finance. Big 4 experience and expertise in mergers and acquisitions. International accounting experience.
