Director of Corporate Accounting

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Consolidations:
Lead the consolidation process for multiple entities across various countries on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring accurate intercompany eliminations, including margin eliminations. Prepare accompanying footnotes for financial statements.
Month-End Close:
Oversee and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Equity Compensation and Incentive Plan Administration:
Oversee the accounting and financial reporting for equity compensation plans, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accurate reporting.
Treasury & Restricted Cash:
Assist with Treasury operations at the corporate level and ensure accurate calculations for restricted cash.
Financial Systems:
Develop a strong understanding of financial systems such as Blackline, various ERPs, and take on a key role in the implementation of OneStream.
Technical Accounting:
Assist with researching and resolving complex accounting issues ensuring alignment with GAAP.
Audit Coordination:
Act as a key liaison with external auditors during the annual audit process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests.
Compliance:
Ensure the company is in full compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting standards. Lead the development of a global accounting handbook.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA designation required.
Experience:
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) or in a publicly traded company.
Experience with SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and U.S. GAAP.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of technical accounting principles.
Experience with financial consolidation and reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience working within a SOX-compliant environment.
Previous experience with an international company, managing foreign currency transactions and multi-entity consolidations.
