Domino's Pizza is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our delivery fleet. The Fleet Manager will ensure that all vehicles are maintained in top condition and meet cleanliness standards, supporting efficient and safe delivery operations. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to be on call to address urgent fleet-related issues.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Fleet Maintenance and Cleanliness: Oversee the maintenance schedules for all delivery vehicles, ensuring timely inspections, repairs, and servicing. Ensure that all vehicles meet cleanliness standards, both interior and exterior, to represent the Domino's brand. Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
Operations Management: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle operation and safety. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of drivers and the public. Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and inspection reports.
On-Call and Flexible Scheduling: Be available for on-call responsibilities to address urgent fleet-related issues outside of regular working hours. Maintain a flexible schedule to meet the dynamic needs of the fleet operations.
Fleet Budget Management: Manage the fleet budget, including expenses related to fuel, maintenance, and repairs. Monitor and control costs to ensure financial efficiency. Prepare and present budget reports to senior management.
Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and support delivery drivers, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to drivers. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Must have a clean background and Motor Vehicle Record Check. Proven experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite/Google. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Flexibility to work a varied schedule and be available for on-call responsibilities. Must provide 2 professional references. Physical demands may include standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, squatting, reaching, various hand tasks, and proper use of machines, tools, or equipment.
