Business Meeting and PAO+ Scheduling Specialist ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST$5,855.00 - $7,327.00 per MonthFinal Filing Date: 11/5/2024Job Description and DutiesThe California Energy Commission (CEC) Office of the Public Advisor, Energy Equity, and Tribal Affairs (PAO+) advises and supports CEC staff and leadership, stakeholders, California Native American Tribes, and interested members of the public in meaningful engagement and participation in CEC programs, policies, and practices.Under the direction of the Public Advisor, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) works on a wide variety of consultive, analytical, technical, and administrative tasks to support the California Energy Commissions (CEC) business meetings and other specialized events as the CECs Secretariat with a high degree of independence. The position must work with all levels of personnel within and outside of the CEC, including the public and California Native American tribes, on high-profile and sensitive matters while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on customer service.
