This is your chance to be part of our Treasury team which serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to, liquidity forecasting, foreign exchange risk management, interest rate risk management, capital markets and Wall Street relationship management, and strategic investing. As an Analyst on our Treasury team, you will report to the Sr Director, Liquidity & Capital Market.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
Manage Hilton’s liquidity forecasting process; to produce accurate liquidity and cash flow forecasts and lead efforts to improve forecastsImplement Hilton’s foreign exchange risk management program through daily exposure management and monthly cash flow hedgingSupport Hilton’s global intercompany finance portfolio, including equity and debt, to implement internal funding and cash repatriation solutions to minimize trapped capital overseasAssist with investment of US cash portfolios, including researching and implementing investments to improve returns within policy guidelines
How you will collaborate with others:
Collaborate with other teams across the larger Finance department, Tax, Operations Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Corporate AccountingAreas in which you will collaborate with other teams will be liquidity forecasting, capital return, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management, intercompany finance portfolio, and investment of US cash portfolios
What deliverables you will take ownership of:
Complete daily liquidity forecast to ensure funds are available to run business operationsHilton's foreign exchange daily balance sheet and monthly cash flow hedging programsInvestment of daily US cash portfolios to maximize interest income

You have these minimum qualifications:
One year of professional experienceDemonstrated understanding of the main principles of finance, including capital markets, accounting, forecasting, analysis, and investingMicrosoft Office suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Microsoft Excel modeling experience
It would be useful if you have:
BA/BS/Bachelor's DegreeFamiliarity with financial accounting and planning systems (Hyperion, PeopleSoft)Familiarity with treasury management systems (SunGard, Wall Street Systems)Experience using BloombergExperience in the hospitality or lodging sector
