Pay Range
$62,600.00-$86,000.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Planner with expert-level SAP experience to join our dynamic team at Johns Manville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production activities in our machine and fabrication shop to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products.
Your Day-to-Day:Develop and maintain production schedules using SAP to ensure optimal use of resources and timely completion of production orders.Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering, to ensure smooth production flow, material availability to meet the customer needs.Drive a comprehensive scheduling process and communicate effectively to drive alignment across departments.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Effectively communicate with our customers with regards to order delivery and requirements.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.What You Bring to the Team:
High School /Technical School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' work experience in physical distribution or a production role in a manufacturing environmentBachelors degree preferredExpert-level proficiency in SAP, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
