Position Overview:This position plays a vital role in providing high-level administrative support to executive leadership while ensuring the seamless operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills and the capability to handle executive tasks with professionalism and confidentiality. This role also offers potential for growth into leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that executive priorities are aligned and projects are completed on schedule.Prepare and distribute materials for monthly board meetings, such as agendas, minutes, resolutions, and other required documentation.Office Management Duties:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring that supplies, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained for a productive work environment.Serve as the primary contact for office vendors and service providers.Develop, implement, and manage office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain a well-organized workplace.Manage the office budget, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance or repairs when necessary.Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees by ensuring they have the necessary resources and equipment.Maintain and update office records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Qualifications :
Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or Office Manager in a dynamic, professional environment.Bilingual in Korean and EnglishStrong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated professionalism, and attention to detail.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Proficient in business registration procedures and ensuring compliance with city regulations.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.Experience managing office operations in a growing organization.Familiarity with office budget management and vendor coordination.Employment Information:Salary: $66,560.00 - $75,000.00 per year, negotiable depending on experienceWork Location:
