We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our office and administrative operations. This position will also provide critical support for event planning, executive assistance, and various cross-functional tasks.
Responsibilities:
Event Planning
Take ownership of company event planning (onsite and offsite), including all-hands meetings and personnel gatherings.Ensure all logistical aspects of events are managed efficiently as the primary point of contact for event coordination.Office Management and Administrative Coordination
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Presto office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.Serve as the main point of contact with the facility manager for building-related needs (e.g., key fobs for employees).Handle facilities-related tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.Visit the office regularly (every three business days) to open, scan, and distribute mail to relevant departments.Manage administrative tasks such as organizing mail deposits, updating expense tracking, and maintaining an up-to-date organizational chart.Provide clerical support for other administrative tasks as delegated by HR and Accounting.Executive Assistant Support for C-Suite
Provide support to certain C-level executives for calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination, when needed.Partner with other Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and meet business needs.Qualifications
Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or executive assistance.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace and office management tools.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Experience in event planning and facilities management.Experience in supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
The U.S. base salary range for this position is approximately $75,000 - $100,000 + Bonus annually + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Presto, it is not typical for the individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances for each case.
