Director of Dining Services , you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a long-term care facility in Delaware County, PA. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:Key Responsibilities:Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients as well as other departmentsWork with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top-quality foodOversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the accountRoll out new culinary programsPreferred Qualifications:Three to five years of food service operation experience in long-term care is requiredBS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferredHigh volume production and catering experience is essentialPrevious experience managing a budgetDesire to learn and grow with a top-notch food service companyApply to Compass Group today!Click here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
