Responsibilities:+ Manage and execute month-end close processes for multiple entities or units.+ Handle large volumes of invoices and data efficiently.+ Prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports to management.+ Identify and mitigate financial risks through the design and implementation of risk management policies.+ Develop, manage, and oversee the company's budget, including forecasting and projections for revenue and expenses.Qualifications:+ 8+ years of experience in accounting and controller roles within mid-to-large size companies.+ Proficiency in month-end close processes.+ Experience with accounting software such as SAP, SAGE, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite.+ Advanced Excel skills.+ Accounting/Finance related degree or a business administrative degree with a focus on accounting and finance.+ Experience in large organizations with high-volume financial operations.Work Environment:This position offers the flexibility of working from home one day a week. The work environment is dynamic and involves the use of advanced accounting software and tools.
