What We're Looking For:

As the Master Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting SAP Master Data creation, BoM data, Document creation, maintenance, and cleansing activities while leveraging SAP solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain operations, procurement, engineering, and the SAP team as we convert ERP systems to S/4HANA. After integration, you will continue to identify improvement opportunities, train new system users, and implement solutions that align with our business objectives.

Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data, BoM, documentation creation, and maintenance in an ERP/MRP/PLM software environmentExperience collaborating with stakeholders to improve data managementStrong attention to detail and well organizedAbility to think critically and analyze complex problemsAbility to communicate effectively, including training and presentingAbility to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screeningAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics or related field preferredWork experience in direct support of Manufacturing environmentMaster Data experience within SAP S/4HANAWhat You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of material master data within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and policies.Develop and implement data quality procedures, including data cleansing, validation, and standardization to maintain high data integrity.Identify and drive improvements in material master data processes, utilizing SAP S/4HANA functionalities to streamline operations and enhance data management practices.Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, inventory, manufacturing, finance) to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for material master data procedures and provide training to end-users to ensure adherence to best practices.Resolve data-related issues and discrepancies, providing timely support and solutions to minimize impact on business operations.Generate and analyze reports related to material master data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.What You'll Get in Return:
