With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsThe Production Manager will be primarily responsible for the development, engagement, morale, productivity and quality of our 3rd Shift pharmacy production team. ExactCare has important and growing productivity needs expected from our 3rd shift team operating our automated equipment to produce patient's monthly ExactPacks. This also includes doing the quality control "viewing" and "corrections" as required. This manager will be the leader that this operation needs to consistently meet increasing production demands at the level of quality our business requires. The right, people centered approach is required for success in this position in addition to being a very quick learner on the technical aspects of our automation operation as well as administration of our inventory management system.ResponsibilitiesLearn and achieve hands-on expertise in all areas of pharmacy production including ATP assignment, ATP operation, viewing, corrections primarily with eventual expertise in host administration, extra filling, packaging and inventory managementProvide coaching and performance management to ensure all ATP/Filling team members meet and exceed expected daily production quantity and qualityEnsure staffing and flow is correct to hit daily production targets from ATP, through viewing, corrections and the automated extra filling lineCoordinate and provide training and development to new and existing team members in order for team to be fully cross trained and engaged in a nice variety of activity day to dayMaintain and use visual management tools to monitor smooth throughput of the pharmacy and elimination of delays and bottlenecks through appropriate staffing adjustments and coachingExhibits the Core Values in their daily work to deliver on our Patient Promise.Other duties as assigned.Skills & AbilitiesFront line leadership and people development in a fast pace, high mix environmentDemonstrated ability to motivate and develop people.
