For more information, visit www.insituform.comTransformational Leadership Objectives: Develop & Implement a Cost of Quality (CoQ) program that drives measurable results and behaviors resulting in positive outcomes for our Aegion customers and investors.Develop a business-wide COQ scorecard that is the recognized Aegion standard / baseline.Perform analysis as needed to validate / understand the Aegion vital x's .... Y=f(x)Implement an operating mechanism and roadmap to entitlement.Key Role Responsibilities: Promote and advocate quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.Execute improvement projects to achieve breakthrough results in all areas of the Business including product design, procurement, manufacturing, field operations, and associated business processes.Overall Leadership and support for Continuous Improvement Activities (APQP, DOS, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt, and ITS programs) so that failure modes are controlled, and product and service quality is continuously improved.Liaise with select project managers and field engineers to review project specific quality control requirements.Provide training, consulting, and mentoring to team members in the development of quality improvement skills and the application of statistical and other quality tools.Perform internal QA audits that are compliant with corporate policies, practices, and procedures.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and engage with managers and stakeholders to promote data-driven solutions and optimize business improvement.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required.Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required.8+ progressive quality experience and have mentored at least 10 Six Sigma projects required.5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in program or project management required.Experience working with regulatory agencies, external auditors, and internal clients.Process Improvement experience as a consultant or in-house coachExceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizationOutstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processesPosition requires individual to have strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and empower, to be a strong communicator able to take initiative and function independently.We offer a competitive salary with career growth opportunities and a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Insurance, prescription drug coverage, 401k matching, tuition assistance, paid time off, and much more.Aegion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
