Financial Analyst

to join our Supply Chain Finance team.This role will report to the Supply Chain Finance Director and will work closely with the manufacturing finance and operations teams. The role will be responsible for accurate and timely accounting and financial analysis for several of our manufacturing facilities. As a key partner to our operations team, the role is integral in providing visibility to financials and offering insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.Insituform Technologies, LLC, a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions, is a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems. For more information, visit www.insituform.comKey Responsibilities of the Role Include :Financial AnalysisWork closely with Plant Managers and other operations supervisors on reporting requirements and special projectsSupport inventory management reporting and initiatives (e.g. inventory aging, obsolescence reviews, etc)Support monthly and annual inventory cycle count and physical inventoryAnalyze manufacturing costs and variances (including material, labor and overhead expenses)Monitor key performance indicatorsPerform general financial statement analysis to track performance against goals and identify areas of improvementSupport budgeting and forecasting processesVerification of source data for accuracyOther analysis as requiredMonthly closing procedures:Assist in month-end and year-end closing processesPrepare financial reports to analyze costs and identify budget variancesAccumulate cost information for labor, materials, and overhead by work order from the ERP system for comparison to job budgetsReconcile inventory book to physical variancesSet up new raw material items; maintain production BOMs; perform periodic cost rolls/updatesTravel to various manufacturing sites to perform inventory counts and investigate variances as neededQualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting or finance required2+ years of prior work experience in accounting or equivalent fieldProficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup formulas requiredMust be able to travel up to 20% or as neededSkills:Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory managementDetailed OrientedStrong analytical skills, ability to gather and confirm accuracy of dataEager to learnExcellent communication skillsAble to work independently and in a team environmentWe offer a Competitive Salary with Career Growth Opportunities and a Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Matching 401k, Tuition Assistance, Paid Time Off, and much more.Azuria is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
