Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field OR equivalent marketing experience required.1-3 years of prior relevant experience at the professional level in the marketing or public relations field required.Must be adept in the use of technology including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.Must have strong creative and professional graphic design skills.Preferred skills include:
Previous experience in health care setting.Familiarity with WordPress content Management system.Still photography and video production / editing experience.Professional writing skills and familiarity with AP style.
Ideally, this person possesses the following qualities:Strong independent project management skillsCapable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervisionIs technologically-savvy and resourcefulIs results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities
Support the organization's marketing initiatives in an effort to maintain and/or grow market share (includes supporting customer needs, target audiences, etc.).Use intelligence gathered from collaboration with physician practices and hospital colleagues to develop content for all channels (print, digital, etc.).Assist with writing, coordinating and producing various hospital publications.Assist in managing social media efforts, including building a library of content and links for the online brand, social media strategy and execution.Coordinate events in an effort to promote hospital/provider services and increase market share.Coordinate still photography and video shoots with internal clients and patients as necessary.Oversee development of new internal signage for wayfinding, naming updates, identifying locations, etc.Review and update advertisements, materials, and hospital signage utilized at all locations to promote services and brand.Administer the hospital's website and online provider directory, maintaining a cohesive design and increasing Hillsdale Hospital's online presence.
