Multifamily Apartment Community Housekeeper
Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and community spacesPerform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfacesEnsure the cleanliness and tidiness of vacant apartments in preparation for new residentsReport any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning dutiesFollow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies and equipment properlyProvide excellent customer service to residents and address any concerns promptlyQualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyGood physical condition with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicBenefits of Working With ESS:
