An outstanding opportunity for Associate Attorney awaits at one of California's premier boutique law firms advocating for workers rights. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with an interest in representing employees in employment disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and more. Associates work with senior attorneys and other counsel in a collegial office, offering good mentorship. This is the perfect role for an emerging associate looking to build expertise in employment law with a recognized practice.

Key Responsibilities:Manage and assist with all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationConduct legal research and draft legal documents such as complaints, briefs, and related correspondenceParticipate in client interviews, strategy discussions, and depositionsRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court appearancesWork collaboratively with senior attorneys on case strategy and client managementQualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar0-2 years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side experience preferred)Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsPassion for employment law and commitment to fighting for employee rightsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBenefits:
