Within our marketing & advertising business at LinkedIn (Marketing Solutions), we are always considering new ways to reach engaged decision makers to help our customers capture buyers’ attention. Earlier this year, we introduced LinkedIn CTV Ads, a new ad solution to help businesses target and engage their audiences. This new offering builds on the success of our in-stream video ad solution and is designed to help marketers get their messages in front of LinkedIn audiences in the US and Canada within high-quality, streaming television content on connected sets.
As we look to scale the reach and impact of this offering, we’re seeking an experienced advertising go to market strategy & sales leader to help shape our approach. This role reports into our Marketing Solutions Sales leadership team.
Scope & responsibilities:
Help to shape our go to market strategy & sales approach for LinkedIn’s CTV offering
Strengthen our knowledge and understanding of the CTV marketplace and ecosystem, particularly in the areas of compatibility and comparability
Engage CTV & Video buyers (and client leaders / strategists that inform investments) – independently and in collaboration with our sales teams – to bring our value proposition to the market, unlock new budgets and growth opportunities
Establish & develop new relationships to expand LinkedIn’s CTV buyer and budget footprint
Partner with Product Marketing team on building and refining go to market materials and assets (eg narratives, case studies, competitive selling positions)
Serve as a ‘voice of CTV & Video buyer and advertiser’ for our Product, Engineering and Business Development teams
Consult with Business Development on strategic partnerships to amplify our offerings (eg go to market partners, measurement, audience verification), inclusive of guiding the development of co-selling approaches where relevant
Collaborate with GTM Enablement team to guide additional training programs to support sales team upskilling
Partner with Business & GTM Operations functions to support opportunity sizing, revenue goals and forecasting, pipeline management
Represent LinkedIn and our CTV offering & proposition at relevant industry conferences & events
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years of experience working in the marketing, media & advertising space
Preferred qualifications:
20+ years of experience working in the marketing, media & advertising space
Experience in CTV, video and digital advertising go to market strategy & sales
Experience leading Video & CTV sales teams, including development of the GTM strategy and the organization to support it
Strong understanding of the streaming video market
Well-versed in selling CTV solutions to linear teams, video investment teams and / or programmatic buyers
Deep understanding of advertiser marketing organizations and agencies
Strong & proven business relationships with Video & CTV buyers and advertisers across North America region (US & Canada)
Solid technical acumen (eg adtech, martech knowledge)
Strong critical thinking skills and judgement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work and collaborate effectively across functions
Strong problem solving skills, comfortable working through ambiguity
Proven ability to drive and deliver operational rigor & excellence

The pay range for this role is $358,000-$545,000 USD OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
