Summary
General Managers at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their store volume and margin sales and service goals by leading their team in defined processes. The position is exempt.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsures the location effectively follows a successful Selling, Servicing, Parts, and F&I process and paperwork that ensures that the customer has an excellent buying experienceEffectively establishes the selling price for units, as part of desking the deal; including successfully establishing ACV (trade appraisals, reconditioning) through set company standardsLearns and applies new and learned selling skills, strategies and techniques on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. Shares, mentors, encourages, and acknowledges team membersMonitors OneWater sales, service, and parts goals and supervises/prioritizes work to achieve progress towards goals against key performance indicatorsTakes the lead on merchandising inventory and supports the marketing of products, preparing for shows, positioning, and advertising activities (including lot and showroom layout)Actively participates in boat shows, store and off-site sales and customer eventsQualifications & Expectations
