Compensation:
$160,000 to $180,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Location(s):
Destin, FL or Charleston, SC Required Skills & Experience: In the immediate Destin, FL or Charleston, SC area Able to travel nationwide roughly 60% of the time Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (strong plus, not a requirement) 6+ years of construction management experience, including 5 years in federal operations Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and procurement processes Experience managing large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities Federal security clearance or eligibility required. Job Description: Manage, develop and execute strategic plans for the company’s Space Coast operations Ensure construction practices align with federal regulations and company goals Oversee planning, execution, and completion of federal projects Monitor project performance metrics, budgets, and schedules Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) Lead audits and reviews for federal compliance Serve as the primary liaison with federal agencies and stakeholders Build and maintain relationships for customer satisfaction and future opportunities Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement Potentially help identify and pursue new federal construction opportunities through proposals and contract negotiations Conduct project risk assessments and escalate risks to VP Must be willing to travel up to 60% to Florida to interface with customers Seniority Level
