Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce APM Module. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting data analysis, and providing insights to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation, ensuring seamless implementation using the ServiceNow APM platform.
Key Responsibilities:
•Facilitate workshops with Client stakeholders (Dev, Architect, and Product/Process Owners) to gather detailed requirements for application rationalization, ensuring that all business, technology, and cost perspectives are captured in the APM solution.
•Collaborate with technical teams on APM architecture and solution design to ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications for ServiceNow APM implementation.
•Conduct data analysis and portfolio assessments, providing insights on application cost, risk, and business fit to guide decision-making in the rationalization process.
•Develop dashboards/reports in ServiceNow and user stories for development.
•Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives in a way that can be actionable and resolved.
•Engage stakeholders proactively and facilitate collaboration to reach consensus.
•Consistently develop effective change control processes for complex requirements and designs.
•Communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner and align complex requirements with design.
•Document software requirements, validation strategies, and maintain project artifacts.
•Support multiple stakeholders, ensuring project team members fully understand requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
•8+ years of experience implementing enterprise-level projects in Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.
•2+ years of experience creating solutions for business requirements using ServiceNow APM.
•3+ Salesforce and MuleSoft implementations, leveraging the platform's full capabilities.
•Experience with business process and workflow definitions, gap analysis, and creating design documents.
•2+ years of experience working with data migration projects and agile methodologies.
•ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
•Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, such as APM or ITSM.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Platform.
•Experience with portfolio assessments and cost-risk analysis.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
