The VP of Revenue Cycle Management will play a pivotal role in optimizing the financial health of our organization by overseeing all aspects of the revenue cycle. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of revenue cycle processes, billing, and collections within the healthcare industry.+ Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the revenue cycle process, streamline workflows, and improve overall financial performance.+ Collaborate with executive leadership to align revenue cycle goals with the organization's overall objectives.+ Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, including time of service collections, verification of benefits, prior authorizations, billing, coding, claims processing, and collections.+ Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management and implement corrective actions as needed.+ Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue generation.**Requirements:**+ Bachelors degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
