Job Summary
The Business Analyst will support the Fixed Income and Service team, contributing to the full trade lifecycle of Fixed Income and Precious Metal orders.
The role involves managing trade operations, handling order exceptions, adjustments, and reconciliations, and supporting financial advisors, trading desks, and sales to ensure seamless operations and effective risk management.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operations of the trade lifecycle, including order entry, exception management, trade adjustments, and reconciliation of Fixed Income and Precious Metals.Provide operational support for trading, underwriting, and structuring of securities executed in Fixed Income, managing trade capture, reconciliation, documentation, and settlement of transactions.Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, such as financial advisors, trading desks, and other departments.Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring all internal controls are effectively in place.Contribute to continuous process improvements and work collaboratively with technology teams to enhance operational processes.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, including Equities, Options, and Fixed Income.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with VBA knowledge a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and flexibility.Efficient time management skills and capability to prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and management.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or operational support roles, especially within Fixed Income and Precious Metals.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with trading processes, risk management, and operations in financial markets.
