Minimum 18+ years oldPrevious customer service experiencePrevious leadership experience.Hard-workingTeam-orientedFriendlyHonestGreat customer skillsMust be willing to undergo a 90 day trial period as a "Regular Team Member" in order to be CONSIDERED for leadershipMust live within 7 miles from the restaurant, Chick-fil-A Doral, at zip code 33178.Must have managerial restaurant experience of at least 2 years and provide reference and recommendation letterPayroll, financial goal setting skills and strategies, and employee scheduling
