We're seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team! Supports the UPH Chief Compliance Officer, System Privacy Officer, and department directors with data analytics, database management, auditing, and investigations. Additionally, triages all Compliance Helpline reports to provide initial response, logging, and tracking for closure.Location:
Remote/work from home. What You'll Do:Triage and document Compliance Helpline reports, as well as provide initial interim responses.Monitor all open Compliance Helpline reports and follow up with local affiliates to ensure resolution and closure.Support system wide compliance educational training to ensure team members are receiving and completing scheduled training.Provide administrative support for the UPH Compliance Committee.Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance with federal and state laws while affirming organizational commitment to honesty and integrity in all phases of corporate conduct.Assist the Director of Compliance with the development, and maintenance of, the UPH System Policies and Procedures.Facilitate the policy development and approval process.Collaborate with the Director of Compliance to support reporting for the Clinical Policy Review Committee and UPH Compliance Committee.Review and track the submission of affiliate Privacy and Security Audit Plans.At the direction of the UPH Privacy Officer, perform periodic department walk-throughs and training.Support the UPH Privacy Officer in tracking governmental inquiries, open/closed investigations and follow-up mitigation plans involving privacy and/or security.Assists the UPH Privacy Officer in updating and distribution of UPH NPPs and other privacy related documents.Develops and provides all department onboarding including, but not limited to, training on all department tools, database, and programs.Provide administrative support to the Affiliated Covered Entities (ACE) Governance Counsel and/or Cybersecurity Task Force.Coordinates data collection from multiple sources and systems to audit and monitor compliance with a wide variety of state and federal regulations and applicable policies.Performs data analysis, summaries, tracking and trending reports for communication with staff, leadership, committees, and others.Supports Compliance Program Directors with data analytic and reporting.
Qualifications
What You'll Need:Education:Required: Bachelors' Degree.Experience:Required: More than two years' healthcare compliance or privacy experience.Preferred: Prefer two years of experience in compliance, auditing, monitoring, data collection, analysis, trending and reporting.License(s)/Certification(s):Required: Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Writes, reads, comprehends, and speaks fluent English.Proficient use of software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.Area of Interest:
