Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Director of Nursing (RN) to become part of our client's Skilled Nursing Facility in Everett, WA - 98208. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

$150,000-160,000

Shift

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

No on-call

Rare weekends

Job Summary

Oversee the planning, organization, and management of nursing staff and resources.

Provide staff with the necessary tools and support to deliver high-quality care to residents in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings.

Ensure adherence to State and Federal regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Unencumbered WA State RN License (LPN is not eligible for this role).

Previous Director of Nursing (DON)/Director of Nursing Services (DNS) experience (3-5 years, less depending on experience).

Experience with Surveys in Washington State.

Skilled Nursing experience.
