Responsibilities
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategiesArgue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedingsAdvise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of actionConduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motionsDraft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefsCommunicate with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficientlyQualifications
2-3 years of experienceWage and hour experience in class action and PAGAExperience managing and analyzing records to assess compliance issues on a representative basisExcellent writing and oral advocacy skillsExperience in discovery and law and motion practice.Self-starter who possesses strong organizational skillsAble to work with multiple clientsCommunication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills requiredJobseekers should be members of their local bar association, which is an active member-preferred associationWork independently while handling a heavy caseloadExperience managing information (i.e., time records) in ExcelComputer skills working with iManage and Coyote Analytics preferredHybrid Schedule:
3 days in the office (San Diego), 2 days working from home
Competitive Salary Range:
$135,000.00 To 190,000.00 annually plus bonus
