QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES:

This list of tasks is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY and does not comprehensively list all functions and tasks performed by position in this class.Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the Casino Resort We-Ko-Pa Way Service StandardsSmile and GreetName and MeetThank you and GoodbyeResponsible for keeping all lobbies and public facilities (restrooms, telephone/computer area, front desk, and offices) in a neat and clean condition to the standards required.Promotes a positive image of the property to guests. Must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, and be able to assist guests with requests and problems.Report any damaged or missing items to the housekeeping manager.Maintain equipment and work areas, including key security.Ability to deliver high levels of service with attention to detail.Demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic.Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must be able to walk, stand, bend, lift, and/or reach for most of the day.Ability to work in moderately noisy work environments for long periods and communicate effectively in this environment.Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on occasion.Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 100 pounds.Must pass a pre-employment drug test.Performs other related duties as required.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.Minimum one year of housekeeping experience
