ResponsibilitiesDrive the expansion of the company's new business pipeline within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and greater Intelligence Community markets.Qualification and capture of new business pursuits that align with Core One's market position, capabilities, and strategy.Develop tailored market access strategies that take advantage of Core One's existing position and programs within the federal market.Maintain strong business-to-business relationships that facilitate teaming decisions for opportunity pursuits.Collaborate with program managers, executive leaders, and functional staff to support business development, capture, and proposal efforts.Lead corporate responses to customer-issued market surveys and requests for information.Drive the company's engagement with customer decision-makers, and lead the company's direct engagements with key Government stakeholders and senior personnel.Present opportunities at the company's gate review process, and facilitate progression through the company's formal pursuit/bid decision reviews.Report directly to the CGO to jointly develop market strategies, customer access/call plans, and identify pipeline opportunitiesRequired Skills:
Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for upgrade to SCI access.Experience with vehicles such as INSCOM GISS and Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 (SIA 3) IDIQ vehicle.7+ years in the DoD/Intelligence Community contracting space, including at least 5 years' program/portfolio management experience or 5 years business development experience with responsibility for a relevant market or customer base.Ability to directly lead customer engagement with key customer seniors and contracting/acquisition officials, and experience developing quality presentation materials to support customer engagements.At least 5 years' direct experience with the competitive federal bid and proposal process, including leading responses to DoD RFI/market surveys and federal Requests for Proposal (RFP).Ability to rapidly transition from opportunity qualification into pursuit/capture phases for key pursuits; ability to develop and execute a capture plan that will be fully responsive to customer needs and fully compliant with RFP requirements.Extensive industry contacts within the business community that is relevant to the Defense Intelligence/IC customer(s)Experience with Defense Intelligence Agency and Service Intelligence customers to include Combatant Commands (CCMDs).Experience contributing to proposal color reviews for competitive federal opportunities valued at >$25M.Experience supporting costing/pricing for federal proposals, including development of appropriate labor rates, and integrating price-to-win analysis and competitive intelligence into bid pricing.
