Job Description:
As a Scheduler ,
you will be responsible for creating, overseeing and maintaining different project schedules, be part of all proposal schedule during bidding phase, assist on-going project and providing detailed time analysis to Project Managers/Engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing and/or overseeing critical path method scheduling (using Primavera P6) to support client’s Program including design and construction rail transit projects.Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the Project Team and Executive Management.Coordination with project teams to assess reporting and identify risk and create accurate forecasts.Responsible for Developing, updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for simultaneous projectsEstablish baseline schedule: summary and detailed review of baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms.Review periodic CPM Updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews.Perform Earned Value analysis reports.Schedule Change Management. Review of change orders.Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays.Provide recommendations for schedule recovery. Recovery schedule reviews and perform what-if scenario analysis.F&F Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.7+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and planning.Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.), and reading plans and specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Construction Management or related field a plus.Ability to make decisions, work independently and coordinate estimating colleagues.Ability to meet critical project deadline, willingness to coordinate and work as a team memberExperience with cost management systems, cost analysis, forecasting, and change management on alternative delivery projects.Experience with risk logs a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
High level proficiency with Primavera (P6), required. Knowledge of MS Project a plus.Certifications (one or more): CST, CCT, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, PMP, CCM, EIT, or PE.How to Apply:
