Summary:To promote the mission of client to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team supervisor and member.Responsible for providing overall clinical and administrative supervision of assigned IBHS staff/teams to include supervision, assignments of youth, documentation review and ensuring staff are providing quality, trauma informed services per regulations, standards and policies and procedures.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:Be knowledgeable and ensure compliance with all Intensive Behavior Health Services (IBHS) state and funding source regulations, standards and expectations.Be knowledgeable and ensure compliance with all agency policies and procedures.Provide clinical and administrative oversight to assigned staff/ teams, up to 12 full time equivalent BSC/MT/BHT/Family Support staff.Ensure BHT staff successfully complete RBT training for certification per regulations.Ensure all assigned staff participate and complete required trainings within time frames. Develop and monitor staff training plans to ensure compliance.Provide on-site supervision for at least 6 hours for any assigned BHT hired that has no prior BHT experience.Provide individual face to face and group supervision of assigned IBHS staff per CBH Performance standards and IBHS regulations. Provide on-going performance and constructive feedback.Supervision will include: review of interventions being implemented; progress towards goals; consideration of adjustments to ITP; staff person's skill in implementing interventions.Provide direct observation of assigned staff per regulations and standards.Complete all documentation as it relates to supervising staff, to include on-boarding, evaluations, supervision and learning plan documentation, training oversight and disciplinary action.Review referrals and assign to staff, monitor that assignments are appropriate, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.Review, track and monitor all required documentation to ensure compliance and quality and documentation is timely, comprehensive and meets all client policies and procedures.Documentation includes: progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, crisis/safety plans, FBA's (Functional Behavior Assessments), progress reports and written orders.Ensure assigned staff are providing evidence-based interventions and reflecting that in documentation.Consistently communicate with staff/teams and other departments regarding authorization status, changes and ensuring authorized services are being delivered per medical order and authorization.Ensure staff are providing intensive therapeutic interventions per treatment plan and utilizing evidence-based practices with assigned youth and families that includes individual, group and family therapy.Ensure staff are flexible in scheduling clinical treatment to meet participant and family needs, services are delivered in the home, school and community.Provide and assign crisis intervention and management as indicated.Collaborate with and address any concerns from families, youth, schools or other systems involved.Develop and ensure on-going collaborative relationships with assigned schools, CBH and other systems involved for continuity of care.Participate in school multi-tiered systems of support and disciplinary meetings as needed.Participate and successfully complete certification in evidence-based practices to include: CBITS, Bounce Back, CBT, FBA. Ensure fidelity to models.Ensure that all documentation required for continued stay/discharge or changes is completed and communicated to clients QI department in a timely manner.Participate in weekly treatment team meetings/ supervision as requested.Provide on-call support and crisis coverage on a rotating basis.Complete all documentation in a timely, comprehensive manner in accordance with clients policies and procedures.Ensure teams meet all productivity requirements.Provide direct service as requested or indicated, such as a staff or supervisory shortage.Contribute to quality improvement/outcome measurement tracking and data gathering as assigned
Skills:PA Licensed, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Behavior SpecialistTwo years, post master's, experience providing mental health treatment in a behavioral health child and/or family serving program.Supervisory experience preferred.Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field and documentation that the degree includes 12 credit hours in core behavioral health coursework.Good and able to use an electronic health recordStrong communication and organizational skills.Consistently display a positive attitudeExercise sound judgmentDemonstrate effective communication skillsMaintain a professional demeanorDemonstrate integrityTake initiativeDemonstrate positive interpersonal skillsUtilize effective problem solving skills
