Hours: Full time

Position Purpose:

The Nurse Manager coordinates and supervises nursing services for participants in our PACE Organization, ensuring high-quality care is delivered both at our day center and in participants’ homes.

What You Will Do:

Lead nursing services in alignment with Trinity Health's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve operational goals.

Mentor and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development.

Oversee participant assessments and care plans as part of the interdisciplinary team.

Maintain department budget and contribute to financial performance objectives.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license in PA; BSN required.

Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience, with at least 1 year in geriatrics.

Supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills.

CPR certification and a valid driver’s license required.

Ability to work independently and manage conflict effectively.
